Notice From the Holmdel Twp. Police Department
We continually experience problems with spectators, participants; etc parking in surrounding residential developments in No Parking zones for cross country meets. Although your organization hires a Special Duty Police Officer for these events, Patrol Officers assigned to regular duties are routinely reassigned to handle the numerous calls from residents for these traffic infractions. I would ask that notifications be made prior to these events, well in advance and immediately before the events asking everyones cooperation in parking at Vonage where the shuttles will run from and to NOT PARK IN ANY RESIDENTIAL AREAS surrounding Holmdel Park. Vehicles parked illegally WILL BE SUMMONED and are subject to towing. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
