Meet Information
3rd ANNUAL SPRINT NIGHT
Location: West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North, 90 Grovers Mill Road, Plainsboro, NJ 08536
Our track is just 3 years old and it's as fast as ever! Come out and get that last-minute Sectional seed or race your athletes up or down an event to sharpen up for the Championship Season. Use Sprint Night to get your 200 & 800 seeds ready to go before your Sectional Championship. You can even go after a qualifying mark for the Nationals Mixed 4x400m Relay (3:42.00). This meet can also serve as "season enders" for your JV athletes.
****MIXED 4x100m & MIXED 4x400m RELAY SEEDS: Check out our first ever Mixed 4x100 race!! Please enter an overall relay seed on MileSplit. In addition, please also send via email to matthew.warren@wwprsd.org a list of your 4x100m athletes (2 girls and 2 boys) with their individual 100m seeds and your 4x400m (2 girls and 2 boys) athletes with their individual 400m seeds by the entry deadline. Email if you have questions.
Order of Events (subject to change)
-200m Dash (Mixed Unseeded Heats followed by 2 Seeded Heats - Girls then Boys)
-800m Run (Mixed Unseeded Heats followed by 1 Seeded Heat - Girls then Boys)
-Mixed 4x100m RELAY!!! (2 teams per school consisting of 2 girls & 2 boys; any order.)
-Mixed 4x400m RELAY!!! (2 team per school consisting of 2 girls & 2 boys; any order.)

Awards
-Medals to top three teams in the Mixed Relays
-Medals to top 6 boys and top 6 girls in the 200m & the 800m
Registration
-Online registration deadline for entries and seeds: Monday, May 18th @ 11:59 PM******
-Paper entries due Friday, May 15th
-All seeds must be entered on MileSplit - Please use FAT seeds where possible.
-Email matthew.warren@wwprsd.org or brian.gould@wwprsd.org for password.
Payment
-Meet Cost:$15/entry | $125 max/gender | $200 max/school
-Please make checks payable to WW-P High School North. Please put "Track" in memo line.
-Teams are responsible for paying for all athletes entered once the registration window closes.
Additional Information for Athletes
-1/4" Pyramid Spikes allowed.
-Athletes may use the starting blocks provided only.
Additional Information for Coaches
-No additions will be permitted on the day of the meet.
-Scratches will be made using a Team Entries List provided in the packet during the Coaches Meeting.
-Tents are permitted on the grass but not in the bleachers.
-Please use only white medical tape on the track surface.
-Buses will drop off by the top turn of the track and be directed to parking. Have your driver's number.
-Concessions will be available.
