 Hosted by Monmouth University 

• Registration through njmilesplit.com (no walk-up entries will be allowed).
  
  

• Registration ends at noon on March 5th.
  
  Limited entries per event.
  
  

• Automatic Timing provided by vipertiming.
  
  

• Entry fee: $30 for Pole Vault, $20 for Shot Put, $10 all running events.

• Events: Shot, Pole Vault, 1 Mile Steeple, 55m, 55H, 1500, 200

• 1 Mile Steeple will be run over a flight of hurdles on each side of the track (30 for girls/women/masters men and at 36 for boys/open men)

• Waiver, payment, and number pickup begin at 5:00. Shot Put and Pole Vault begin at 6:00pm. Running Events begin at 7:15pm.
