CVC Relays
@ Lawrenceville Prep

ENTRIES:
1. Up to 5 athletes per gender in the shot put and high jump
2. Up to 3 per gender in the open 400 m
3. Up to 2 relays per gender
ORDER OF EVENTS:
*girls first for each event
1. Shuttle Hurdle Relay
2. Open 400 m
3. DMR (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
4. 4 x 200 m
5. 4 x 800 m
6. SMR (400, 200, 200, 800)
7. 4 x 400 m
8. High jump (after the conclusion of the shuttle hurdles girls 4, 43, 46, 48, etc. and boys 5, 53, 56, 58, etc.)
9. Shot put (after the conclusion of the shuttle hurdles 3 throws, no finals)
COACHES NOTES:
1. Teams can enter at 4:30 pm (not before; wait outside building until 4:30 pm)
2. First events start at 5:30 pm.
3. The meet is hand timed so, no Hy-Tek rosters needed.
4. Cards will be at the meet. You can pick them up early at RHS but contact me first (hutchinson@robbinsivlle.k12.nj.us)
5. Write neat and legible on the cards or results may not be accurate for state seeds.
6. If you have a B relay team, please have them turn their singlets inside out before they walk to the line to race.
7. Bring pins! Relay cards will be pinned to the anchor leg.
8. Turn in all seed cards by 5:10pm. Report any scratches ASAP to the clerks.
9. Tell athletes no food or drink on the infield area.
10. Please bring trash bags and clean up your team area completely before leaving.
