Girls:Southern Regional takes gold in 9:58.30 after the opening event settles. Toms River North girls 2nd in 10:10.39.

Boys:For the boys Southern Regional likes gold as well they say thank you very much after finishing at 8:33.13. Toms River East second 8:40.34.

Shuttle Hurdle

Girls:Southern Regional girls are 2/2! They take first clocking 33.35. TRNorth snubbed again in second with 33.38. This is a battle.

Boys:On the boys side Toms River North finally gets the spotlight taking first in 32.23. Central regional second with 32.29.

4x200m

Girls:Southern Regional is building a house of gold medals. A 1:50.38 gets them first. Toms River North girls trying to hunt them down finish second 1:52.54.

Boys: Toms River North brings home 1st place hitting a 1:34.70. Jackson Memorial defeats rival Jackson Liberty for 2nd place by .82, running 1:37.06.

Sprint Medley (200, 200, 400, 800)

Girls:Lacey takes first in 4:18.14 as Danielle Leavitt brings it home in around a 2:18 for the 800m.Southern Regional takes 2nd in 4:19.37.

Boys:Manchester takes first in 3:51.99 followed by Mon Don with 3:55.72.

Distance Medley (1200, 400, 800, 1600)

Girls: A CLOSE ONE! Karah OHalloran of Toms River North just beats out Toms River South in 12:48.83 to 12:48.88!

Boys:Toms river South rains down dominance as their lead off Chris Marco hits a about a 3:09 for the 1200m, and their closer Kyle Kroon brings it home in a 5:03... just kidding. That's including the extra lap he ran. His split was a more impressive 4:31. They are fixing the overall time now.

4x400m

Girls: Southern Regional once again wins at 4:14.86, Toms River North girls take second in 4:17.67.

Boys: Toms River South defeats Central after a drawn out battle during the race, they would finish with a 3:38.25

High Jump

Girls: For the girls a close battle leads to sharing points. The two teams: Southern and Monsignor Donovan sharing 4.5. Southern teammates Brianna Angellella jumped 4-10 and Tori Simkins 4-08. Mon Don's Marielle Nwana a 4-10 and Claudia Dabrowski 4-08.

Boys: Dillon Lucey leads individually and his team victory for Central Regional at 5-10, his teammate Dylan Bailey jumped 5-08

Pole Vault

Girls: Southern DOMINATES going 1-2 individually thanks to Samantha Burns who vaulted 9-06, and Nicola Dragonetti a 9-00.

Boys: Jackson Liberty boys go for gold led by Nick Eckett with a 13-06 and Kevin Guilfoyle 10-00.

 

Shot Put

 

----------- Southern Regional girls would win the meet as a team with 79 points. Central Regional boys would take victory with 43 points, beating out Toms River North in second with 36 points.
