Nuhfer dominated the discus with a monster throw of 177-0, she had three attempts over 170 feet in the series.

Winslow And Pennsauken 4x400m Qualify For Championship of America Race
Winslow won the South Jersey Large School 4x400m running 3:40.64 in a head to head showdown with Pennsauken who was second at 3:41.89! Both move onto the COA race on Friday. They are now the fourth and eighth fastest 4x400m teams in New Jersey state history.

Pennsauken 4x100m Qualifies For Championship of America Race
The Pennsauken girls ran to No. 4 in state history when they clocked a 45.68 to advance to the COA race on Friday.

Seannah Parsons Top American, Second in Triple Jump
Parsons cleared 41-7.25 and had the lead throughout the event up until the final jump by Jamaica's Zavien Howard who cleared a wind-aided 43-10.5 (+3.1).

Egypt Bolan Third in High Jump Championship
Bolan cleared the top height of 5-10.5, however previous misses in her series placed her third overall. This was the second year in a row this jump star finished top three at Penn Relays!

Cherokee Leads New Jersey 4x800m Times
Cherokee clocked a 9:22.69, the 17th fastest time overall, leading all New Jersey squads in the event.

Nesta Oji Finishes Third in Shot Put
Oji hit her best mark on her third attempt with a 44-0.75 and held on for third overall and the second ranked American.
Leeya Joseph Fifth in Long Jump
Joseph of Winslow cleared 19-0 (+1.0) on her second attempt to finished fifth overall. That's the state leading time so far this season.
Jenna Monaco Vaults to Sixth Overall
Monaco cleared the 12-2.75 bar on her third attempt at the height before going out with three misses at 12-6.75. That improves her No. 1 ranking from her previous season best of 11-6.
Tori Hackett Leads NJ in Javelin, Ninth Overall
Tori Hackett of Passaic Vo-Tech threw 129-8 on her second attempt to finish ninth overall. That is NJ No. 2 this season!
