* Jim Rosa  (West Windsor-Plainsboro No. '11)

Jim Rosa's win in the Championship Race at the Shore Coaches Invite on Saturday was dramatic on a couple of levels. For one, he was without his running mate, twin brother Joe, for the first time in maybe forever. Joe has been sidelined for the rest of the season with a foot condition that requires surgery. For another, he led his WW-P No. teammates to the second best NJ team performance of the day. Jim and the Knight's performance vaulted them back to the top tier in our rankings. to   His winning time of 15:30, in his first race of the season gives a strong indication of his fitness level and a hint at big things happening down the road.

Honorable Mention

Jeramy Elkaim (Livingston '11) Jeramy won the A race at Holmdel in 15:33. His time was the second best mark on Holmdel for the day and the #3 5000m time in NJ this year.
