Boys 4x55m Shuttle Hurdles: Fordham Prep TC (NY) wins the boys shuttle hurdle title running 30.93! Alfonso Pimentel 7.976, Moussa Ahmed-Reynoso 7.605, Christan Camara 7.790, Jonathan Bailey 7.557.

Also on the podium Rahway TC (NJ) 31.63, Scotchplains-Fanwood TC (NJ), Digital Harbor TC (MD) 32.80, The House TC (CT) 32.97, Huntington TC (NY) 32.99. 

Boys 800m Run: Nathan Cumberbatch (WI) Shorewood won a hard fought 800m title running 1:51.54 to move from third to first over the final 200m. Kaleb Nastari (OH) United Local was a close second finishing with 1:51.83. (Interview)

Cumberbatch went out with a 400m split of 55.32 and closed his last 200m lap with a 27.41! He's out of Shorewood HS and is heading to University of Southern California.

Also on the podium Justin Gottlieb (WV) Harpers Ferry 1:52.66, Colton Thress (OH) Storm TC 1:52.84, Ammon Smith (IA) Iowa City 1:53.60, Gabriel Rodriguez (NJ) Union TC 1:53.69.

Girls 800m Run: US No. 1 ranked Sophia Gorriaran (RI) MB Quakers TC closed out her 800m victory with a strong finishing kick to clock a 2:07.30. The star senior out of Moses Brown School opened with a 63.54 through 400m and closed out her final lap with a 30.78. Gorriaran will be heading to Harvard University next year. (Interview)

Also on the podium Sorcha Shiu (AB) Calgary 2:08.14, Maddie Shults (CO) Real Training 2:08.69, Alli DeLisi (PA) Penn Charter 2:10.20, Bella Harsanyi (VA) South Lakes TC 2:10.52, Josie Baker (MO) Kirkwood 2:10.62.

Boys 200m Dash Prelims: Kendrick Jones Jr. (TX) Temple - 21.45p leads prelims. Rodrick Pleasant (CA), Christian Parker (NC), Ty Smedes (TX), Tavon Underwood (CO), Mica Ruffin (GA), Khari Barnes (VA), and Lasalle Hewlett (GA) all advance. 

Girls 200m Dash Prelims: Mia Brahe-Pedersen (OR) Inner Circle TC - 23.73p leads prelims. Sophia Beckmon (OR), Skylar Brazzell (TX), Alyssa Jones (TX), Nasya Williams (TX), Skyler Franklin (NC), Amare Harlan (UT), Nita Koom-Dadzie (TX) all advance. 

Boys 400m Dash Final: Tavon Underwood (CO) of Real Training TC clocked a 47.32 finishing just ahead of Aidan Dixon (FL) of Atlantic TC 47.34 for the hard fought title.

Christian Parker (NC) 47.51, Damarien Jacobs (TX) 47.81, Wesley Noble Jr. (NY), and Hudson Allain (TN) all on the podium as All-Americans as well.

Girls 400m Dash Final: Akala Garrett (NC) of PD NC Elite TC ran to a decisive victory clocking 54.08. 

Anissa Moore (NY) 54.96, Kate Henselmeier (IN), Skyler Franklin (NC), Tyler Lowe (GA), and Kyla Lewis (TX) finishing as All-Americans as well. 

Boys 5000m Run: Hunter Jones (MI) of Thompsonville returns from his 8:51.40 victory in the 2 mile yesterday to defend his 5K title at Nike Indoor Nationals with a 14:20.54, the new US No. 1 time by almost nine seconds.

Jones ran a very similar time to the performance that won him the championship in 2022 when he clocked a 14:20.71.

Maximus Haynia (NY) 14:49.19, Will Sheets (KY) 14:51.42, Ethan Green (PA) 14:53.90, Samuel Jackson (MI) 14:56.47, and Conner Wirth (WA) 14:57.10 all make the podium. 

Girls 5000m Run: Lillie Bogdan (NY) of Lake View with a convincing win of 17:01.63 to earn the 5K title!

Also with All-American status, Rose Coats (NY) 17:14.83, Liliah Gordon (NJ) 17:26.55, Shannon Zugelder (NY), Chloe Nixon (MI) 17:38.63, Ellie Keefer (PA) 17:53.31.

Boys 4xMile Relay: Monroe-Woodbury TC (NY) earned the win with a time of 17:30.76. John Urciuoli, Collin Catherwood, Gavin Catherwood, and Collin Gilstrap. 

Menlo Greyhounds AC (CA) 17:36.76, McCaillie Ridge Runners (TN) 17:37.37, Storm TC (OH) 17:39.68, Talon TC (TN) 17:52.60, Buchholz TC (FL) 18:03.43 making up the rest of the podium and All-American squads.

Girls 4xMile Relay: Kinetic TC (NY) ran to the 16 second win with a time of 20:02.50. Their squad was made up of Sheridan Wheeler, Anya Belisle, McKinley Wheeler, Emily Bush.

Wayzata AC (MN) 20:18.67, Stumptown TC (OR) 20:47.37, Hilliard Davidson TC (OH) 20:58.64, HEAT TC (NY) 21:27.50, Rambler TC (PA) 21:33.42.

Boys 4x200m Relay: Bxallout TC (VA) 1:28.40. Jonathan Vernon 22.72, Josiah Persinger 21.62, DaRon Wilson 22.65, Peyton Lewis 21.42.

Track 757 (VA) 1:29.36, Calvert Hall TC (MD) 1:29.69, Gaels TC (NY) 1:30.16, Premier TC (MD) 1:30.89, Hero Sprint Club (KY) 1:31.42.

Girls 4x200m Relay: Hoover TC (AL) keeps the momentum rolling and wins the final with a time of 1:40.81. Taylor Canada, Jebreiya Chapman, Daisy Luna, Gabrielle Washington

Track 757 (VA), MVP League TC (VA), C.R.T. TC (VA) 1:41, Southern California Elite (CA) 1:41.93, Golden Nights TC (PA) 1:42.90.

Boys Pole Vault: Cody Johnston (IN) of Hobart cleared 17-01 winning the Nike Indoor Nationals title and improving his own US No. 3 standing with a season best height. 

Isaiah Whitaker (IL) 16-04, Matthew Gray (NC) 16-00, Kenneth Byrd (NC) 16-00, Victor Olesen (VA) 15-06.25, Kevin Swindler (OR) 15-06.25 are all on the podium as All-Americans.

Boys High Jump: Kameron Franklin (TX) cleared 6-10.25! Moving from US No. 7 to US No. 5 on the season he improved his best this indoors from a 6-09.75 cleared towards the end of January. 

Delton Wright (OH) 6-6.75, Osawese Agbonkonkon (TX) 6-6.75, Damarion Potts (NJ) 6-6.75, Jaydin Williams (VA) 6-6.75, and Nathan Levine (MI) 6-6.75 all on the podium as All-Americans as well!

Boys Triple Jump: Jaden Lippett (FL) of Winter Haven leapt to 50-08.25 (15.45m) to win the triple jump title and moved from US No. 4 to US No. 1 while doing so!

Sterling Scott (MS) of Starkville TC with a great 50-02 (15.29m) mark for second as well. These two are now just two of three athletes to cross the 50 foot mark this season.

Zavien Wolfe (TN) 49-05.5, Xavier Drumgoole (TX) 48-10.75, Jarvis Anderson (TX) 48-05.5, and Branden Ganashamoorthy (WA) 47-07.75 all on the podium as well.

Girls Triple Jump: Skylynn Townsend (TX) of North Texas Jackrabbits soared to an impressive mark of 43-06.5 (13.27m) for the title! Takes over US No. 1 this season.

Asia Phillips (ON) 43-06, Taylor Fingers (TX), 40-11.75, Lizzie Schreiber (NY) 39-09.25, Julia Dial (VA) 39-08.5, Myla Canty (TX) 39-08 are all All-Americans as well. 

Boys Shot Put: Matthew Rusch (WI) threw a major PR of 61-05.75 (18.74m) US No. 8 to win the title in upset fashion against a stacked field. That was his first recorded performance over 60 feet.

Javaris Ambrose (IL) 60-11.25, Junior Payton-Kimble (NC) 59-05.75, Sam Cappos (NE) 59-04.75, Jordae Edwards (VA) 59-02.75, Fabian Gonzalez (NJ) 57-11 all finish as All-Americans on the podium.

Girls Shot Put: Mensi Stiff (TN) of Lewisburg hit a mark of 51-00 (15.54m) to win the title. The only one over 50 feet this season, currently ranked at US No. 1 with a 52-5.25 from early January.

Skylar Soli (GA) 45-04.25, Abigail Russell (MI) 44-07.5, Jessica Oji (NJ) 43-08.5, Lauren St. Peters (TX) 42-04.75, and Madison Stevens (NJ) 42-00 all made the podium!

Boys 60m Hurdles Pentathlon: Aiden Carter (TN) Kindersport TC - 8.37 (+891)

Boys 1000m Run Pentathlon: Julien Badoo (MD) Germantown - 2:46.08 (+807)

Girls 800m Run Pentathlon: Genevieve Duchaussee (NY) Kinetic TC - 2:21.39 (+805)

Boys Pentathlon Championship: Aiden Carter (TN) of Kindersport TC brought in 3691 points to lead the field. Benjamin Blomqvist (TX) was second with a total of 3585. 

Carter's series looked like this: 60H - 8.37, LJ - 6.82m, SP - 12.18m, HJ - 1.78m, 1000m - 2:46.55.

Goran Saric (NJ) third 3375, Damian Scouloukas (NJ) fourth 3354, Canon Kinder (TN) fifth 3186, and Cooper Moore (TX) 3174 making up the rest of the podium. 

Girls Pentathlon Championship: Heidi Hudson (MS) won the Pentathlon Championship with a score of 3628 to second place Tesaira Williams (NY) 3585 on Saturday. Evie Culbreath (TN) was third with 3571, Sophie Yount (TN) 3491, Raina Pietrzak (TX) 3473, and Ellis Weekley (FL) 3370 the rest of the podium.

Hudson had the following stat line on the way to her victory. 60H - 9.34, SP - 8.05m,  LJ - 5.69m, HJ - 1.75m, 800m - 2:28.41.
