Relays Preview
If you look at the state leaderboard you'll see Union Catholic with a stranglehold on all three major relays. At the Meet of Champions it will be a matter of how far they can stretch their talent to make these relays roll at full power. Union Catholic has a state leading 47.36 4x100m, 3:45.39 4x400m, and 9:00.36 4x800m.
One of the bigger stories in the relay department is Ridge and their long running 4x800m title streak. Including both indoor and outdoor Meet of Champions titles they have seven straight. They may not have the fastest seed going in but they've proven in the past that you race for a reason.
Winslow Twp has their own streak going with two straight outdoor Meet of Champs titles in the 4x400m. They'll not only have Union Catholic to worry about but a very quick Rancocas Valley squad as well. The RV girls are the only ones to break 3:50 along with Union Catholic this season.
