On Wednesday at the Robert J Burdette Indoor Classic in Bethlehem, PA some New Jersey stars lit up the track and found success in the field. Two teams from the Garden State were in attendance, Phillipsburg and Delaware Valley HS.

Star sprinter Sydney Hawkins won the 60m dash with a 7.70, as seen in the race video above, this was off a 7.78 to lead prelims. Her 7.70 in the 60m final converts to a 7.18 for the 55m dash an event she already ranks NJ#1 thanks to her 7.14 back on December 15th to open the season.

She wasn't done there however as she also found gold in the one lap 200m dash where she posted 25.50. That is a new NJ#1 US#17 performance so far this season and an indoor PR for her, she had a previous best of 26.22 from this same meet a year ago. Hawkins' outdoor PR over 200m is 23.91.
