Group 3 Boys - Final - THREE WAY TIE Mendham 22, Hopewell Valley 22, Hamilton North 22

Group 3 Girls - Final - Timber Creek 52, Winslow 44, Middletown North 22. 

Distance Medley Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings 


Boys - Three heats of the boys DMR! This is a huge track and field meet. The Mendham boys won the seeded heat with a time of 10:41.90 NJ#8 after battling and holding off Hopewell Valley who finished second running 10:43.04. 


Girls - Middletown South wins this one for the girls at 12:24.60 NJ#1 US#6 after battling Seneca through the 1600 meter, Seneca finished second with a time of 12:26.75. MS took off with a lap to go and never looked back. 

Shuttle Hurdle Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings

Boys - The Mendham boys earn the shuttle win with a time of 31.75 in heat 7, Irvington took second out of heat 4 with a 31.83. 

Girls - For the girls Winslow Twp posted a quick 32.57 NJ#2 this season, Timber Creek second at 32.85 NJ#3.

4x200 Meter Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings

Boys - Pennsauken take the win with room to spare at 1:32.02, they already rank NJ#3 this season with a 1:31.23 from the Hispanic Games. Second was Timber Creek with a 1:32.78. 

Girls - Winslow Twp ran 1:44.15 NJ#2 for the win Timber Creek in second at 1:45.29 NJ#3

4x800 Meter Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings


Boys - Morris Hills hit 8:05.89 just off their own meet record of 8:03.15 set last year. Highland Regional took second with a time of 8:15.25. Mo Hills already ranks NJ#2 with their 8:03.14 from the Millrose Trials. 

Girls - Seneca took off on the third leg and never looked back on their way to 9:41.40 NJ#3. Toms River South was second with a 9:49.84. 

Sprint Medley Relay - Boys / Girls Rankings

Boys - MEET RECORD by the Hamilton North boys who ran a 3:36.92 all alone, that breaks the record held by Oakcrest since 2012 when they ran 3:37.55. Hamilton North already ranks NJ#1 US#4 in this event with their 3:35.06 at the Marin Corps Holiday Classic in December. 

Girls - Timber Creek wins with a 4:19.35, Roxbury second 4:20.77. 

4x400 Meter - Boys / Girls Rankings

Boys - Pennsauken takes the victory with a 3:27.39 NJ#4

Girls - Timber Creek clinches the team title with their 4:01.07 run. 

Shot Put - Boys / Girls Rankings

Boys - Toms River South threw for a total distance of 91-06, they were led by Todd Stueber with the second best throw of the meet at 48-00, teammate Izaiah Guthridge was 10th with a mark of 43-06. Best throw of the meet went to Lakewood's Johsua Lezin with a 54-02 NJ#8.  

Girls - Danielle Notarfancesco of Jackson Memorial threw 43-04, and teammate Ralia-Aduki Tijani hit 26-03.75 for a team total of 69-07.75. Danielle already ranked NJ#2 this season with her 45-6.5 throw at Ocean County Championships. 

High Jump - Boys / Girls Rankings

Boys - JFK Iselin cleared a total height of 11-10 to secure 10 points and the victory. Deandre Carter cleared 6-00, the fourth best, and teammate Pramodh Manian was over the 5-10 bar. The best height of the meet came in at 6-04 NJ#8 by two athletes, Ryan Tompkins of Colts Neck and Andrew Alex of Middletown North. 

Girls - Timber Creek gets an important 10 points with a 10-06 total height thanks to freshman Tierra Hooker at 5-04 and Kai Starnes 5-02. 

Pole Vault - Boys / Girls Rankings

Boys - Cranford earns 10 points with a total height of 24-00, Trey Pascual led the meet vaulting 13-00 NJ#9 and his teammate Mark Lynch cleared 11-00. 


Girls - Hopewell Valley wins the relay with a 17-00 total height. They were led by Anica Pinto at 9-06 tied with Sam Bragen of Toms River East for the best height of the meet. Pinto's teammate Chelsea Barich cleared 7-06 to help get the relay win.
