New Jersey's top returner in the 55 meter dash this indoor, Marvin Morgan, has chosen his college and will be attending the University of Pennsylvania next fall.
Morgan won the Group 3 state title last winter in the 55 dash with a time of 6.47. He is also the fastest returner for indoor track heading into 2017 thanks to his 6.46 at the Meet of Champions where he placed second in the finals. That places him as a pre-season NJ#1 and US#19.
Outdoor in the 100 meter dash this Neptune star has won two straight Shore Conference titles and will aim to make it a three-peat in the spring time.
