Workout Wednesday: Don Bosco's Mountain Fartlek Run


MileSplit traveled to New Jersey to capture, Don Bosco Prepone of the best teams in New Jersey grinding up some hills as they climb roughly 300ft in elevation during their fartlek run.


Fartlek Workout: 

-90 Sec @ 5K pace
-60 Sec @ Mile pace
-30 Sec @ 800 pace
-15 Sec @ 400 pace

-2 Min Rest Between Sets

Just last weekend Don Bosco Prep took 2nd to #4 CBA at the NJSIAA Group Championships, let's see if they can bounce back and take down CBA this weekend in the NJSIAA XC Meet of Champions.
