Group 3 3200m - Julia Guerra of Indian Hills second gold medal of the day running 10:58.61 NJ#4 once again well ahead of the field. Breaks Josette Norris' record from 2013 set at 11:05.66.
Group 2 4x400m - Ramapo wins with a time of 4:07.65
Group 3 PV - Jessica Ippolito of Fair Lawn wins with a 10-06 vault.
Group 2 3200m - Shannon Goria and Ginger Pojednic of River Dell go 1-2 again! Running 10:55.86 and 11:33.50.

Group 3 Shot - Marshall Watters of Indians Hills launches a throw of 48-00 to win.
Group 2 HJ - Andrew Pondiscio of Sparta wins with a clearance of 6-02.
Group 3 400m - Tyler Hayek of Wayne Hills won a battle with Thomas Rienas of Old Tappan 51.22 to 51.34.
Group 2 400m - Mahwah junior Evan Bonfield made a move on the backstretch and came across the line with the lead at 53.42.
