Warm-ups will be from 3:00 - 3:45 for BOTH boys and girls in the Long Jump; at the conclusion of the Long Jump a max of 40 minutes will be provided for Triple Jump warm-ups for BOTH boys and girls. Color coded cones will be placed at the take-off boards.

Girls: pole vault 9'0", high jump 4'6",
Shot Put: Girls start measuring at 24'0"
Boys: pole vault 11'0", high jump 5'6"
Boys start measuring at 36'0"
