This was a very well balanced effort with points coming from both the track and the field. However with so many events it helps to have some strength in those sprints! 19 points from the 100m alone and 59 total sprinting points including relays. Marissa Evans, a senior leader on the team, earned 28 points for her team winning the 100m (12.09), 200m (25.48), and 400m Hurdles (61.63)! The 100m and 400m Hurdle times are personal bests for Evans. Joining Evans in that 19 point 100m domination was Dina Naphor in 2nd with a 12.19, and Lizzie Klein in 6th with 12.73. In the 400m Hurdles Evans' 10 points was complimented by teammate Vicky Sheridan in 5th with a 64.91.

Senior Calleigh Higgins ran a personal best in the 1600m winning over a solid field with 5:01.56. And that wasn't the only gold she would acquire as the distance star also won the 800m run with a time of 2:13.08, she had set her personal best the week previous at Sectionals with a time of 2:12.32, a good sign that she's feeling great and ready to peak at MOCs!

As we take a look at the field, which brought in a respectable 24 points, there we see a name that already scored in the 100m dash. Dina Naphor added a second place finish in the high jump at 5-0. She had 16 individual points by the end of the meet.

Katlyn Rymarzow won the pole vault with an 11-00 vault gathering 10 points and tying her own group record. Alanna Hitscherich hit a new season best mark of 35-10 in the triple jump for 4th place. Victoria Perez, a junior, marked 34-9.75 in the shot put for 6th place adding a point to the victory.

The relays brought home a good portion of the point total as well with 22 points, first in the 4x100 (49.01), first in the 4x400 (3:56.02), and fifth in the 4x800 (9:44.45).
