Some New Jersey highlights from New York Relays
Colts Neck - 
Too warm up on the Colts Neck performances, Mike Pinnola took third in the 2000 Meter Steeplechase with a time of 6:42.33 after not one but TWO falls in the water pit! A NJ#1 time this season.
They weren't done there however as the Sprint Medley Relay team of Frank Conforti, Steve Olmo, Eric Gonzalex, and Colin Chehanske took gold with a NJ#7 time of 3:33.56!
