Last night athletes took to the track at the second part of the Twilight Series at Bob Roggy Memorial Stadium in Holmdel. This time ripping off some fantastic 1600m times as we wind down the regular season and polish those seed marks for State Sectionals. At these meet we saw 6 girls go under 5 minutes! Lead by Holmdel's Marin Warner's 4:54.62 a new personal best for her and pushes her up to NJ#5 on the season.

On the boys side Dan Riff of West Windsor-Plainsboro South lead the boys with a NJ#3 4:10.28. In fact the top 5 times from this meet crack the NJ Top 10 list on the season with all 5 coming in below 4 minutes and 15 seconds!! Rob Napolitano of Red Bank Catholic had a close second place finish overall along with Shawn Wilson of Cherokee running 4:11.61 (NJ#4) and 4:11.69 (NJ#5) respectively. Dylan Tarpey of Freehold Twp a 4:13.35 and Jacob Riff of W-Windsor-Plainsboro South 4:13.91 round off the top 5 finishers.
