Boy's 4 x200 Smashes School Record

Following the lead of Coach Slatts' enthusiasm the boy's 4 x 200 relay smashed an 8 yr old school record at last night's Metropolitan Invitational. Marc Cenicola set the tone early by putting the Caseys in solid position and than youth was served. Girl's 4 x8 runs US # 2 9:21.7!

At Sunday's State Relays the girl's 4 x800 relay of Ashleigh Handcen, Liana Marzano, Meghan McMullin, and Lindsey Bellaran ran a US leading #2 time of 9:21.7 to take first place in the NP State Relays. Their time also broke the NJ State Relay Meet record previously held by Roxbury HS of 9:27 back in 2006.

Nap Takes Down School 1600 Record!

Rob Napolitano opened his indoor season with a new school record for 1600 meters in a time of 4:18.16 at Wednesday night's Millrose trials which were held at the NYC Armory.

At Yesterday's Monmouth County Relay Championships, the Casey's used a mix of youth and senior leaders to put up some stellar performances.
