At last night's East Coast Relays held on the campus of Randolph HS, Kate Davin and Rachel Kershner turned the best field performance by a Casey duo in years with their 2nd place showing in the Javelin Relay. With a combined throw of 222'2" they missed first by a mere foot.

Rachel Kershner last night improved her lifetime best in the Javelin by 8 feet with a toss of 120' good for 3 rd place and the highest finish by a girl Casey in over 10 yrs. Her performance would lead a parade of top performances with 35 different lifetime bests established over the 2 day meet.
