Varsity Boys ran very well placing third - the best finish in school history at the HCTCA - County Championships. Warm temperatures, humidity and strong winds seemed to slow times but the pack ran fairly well despite a nasty fall for Jr. Satya Patel and a cramp for Jr. Yin Lok Lau. The Varsity Boys managed a 3rd Place finish while resting the top 4 runners. Yin Lok Lau returned from injury to lead the team with an 18:47 and Nakul Shah broke 19 for just the second time this year. Freshmen Omar Lopez, Vivek Patel and Darius Turner stepped up to varsity and ran very well. Omar Lopez broke Chris Farao's freshmen Bayonne 5K record of 19:40 from South Hudson 3 years ago...
