Kristen traub running Friday evening may 4th at Rowan university against holly bischof and Megan lacy. Ran a personal best for 1500m with a 4:39.21 and placed 1st.
kristen traub had a fabulous senior year in x-country. she won her 3rd passaic county x-c title, won her 2nd njic title, won her 2nd parochial b title and placed 5th at the meet of champs with the fastest time ever run by a north jersey athlete in 18:25.
she then participated in the colgate games while playing basketball for eastern christian. she won the final 1500m race at madison square...
senior kristen traub opened her season with a fine 18:57 2nd place finish on a muddy course in kutztown,pa. the winner angel piccirillo ran 18:39 and was last spring's penn relays mile winner in 4:48.
kristen traub traveled to greensboro north carolina to compete in the emerging elite mile. she placed 2nd in a personal best of 5:01.56

kristen traub wins colgate games 1500m in madison square garden with time of 4:43.72. she was overall point winner and received 1000.00 scholarship from colgate
at the njic championships held at the palisades park track,junior kristen traub won the 1600m in 5:12.9 and cam back 2 hours later to easily win the 3200m in 11:40. next up the passaic county champs 5/18-5/19 where she is aiming for a sub 5min. 1600m and a sub 11min. in the 3200m
kristen continued her consistent season with a 18:49@garrett on monday 10/18 placing 1st in the njic champs.then came back on friday and placed 2nd at garret in a personal best 18:35
at the 17th annual 5k women in the park ar holmdel park. kristen traub won for the 2nd year in a row with a fine early season time of 19:18
while helping lead her high school basketball team to a 9-2 record. she run a 10:48 indoor 3000m and a 19:47 road race. next up a 3000m in toms river 1/31/10
kristen finished her soph. season in fine form. won the parochial b race at holmdel, pl. 17th meet of champs 19;10 and 25th footlocker on a hilly sunken meadow course in 19:33. 6th new jersey finisher
kristen traub started her soph. season in smashing fashion winning last saturday's women in the park 5k at holmdel 19:44 and today 9/11 won her 2nd randolph title with a best on the course in rainy,windy,and muddy conditions running 18:50
on tues.5/5 kristen traub won and broke the 1600m record at the BPSL meet running 5;13.9. the next day see cam back and won the 800m in 2:20.1 and 15 min. later won the 3200m in 11:32.3.
on sat. may 2nd kristen at the county seat invitational in 3200m ran 11:14.8 the 12th fastest in passaic county history
kristen traub opened outdoor track season this past wed. against pompton lakes on their cinder 4-1/2 laps to the mile. she ran in the mud and rain a 5:21 1600m anda 11:46 3200m. next up glen rock on monday.
kristen traub won the bpsl meet at darlington in 19:02. she has personal best's as an 8th grader of 4:47 for 1500m and 10:21 for 3000m. she has a best time this season of 19:05 at garrett mountain.
