We will be accepting the first 200 runners in the open race. If you want to run as a high school alumni team (3 runners score, please follow instructions below.
In order to register alumn athletes, milesplit will have to add an alumn club for your school to the NJ (state) teams, under category "club". Use the high school name and add alumni to the name. ex) Colts Neck Alumni. You must all have attended, at one time, that school.

Once added Pat let you know. Then, if you have not already done so, you have to register with MileSplit and create a username and password. Once you've done that, you log in and then go to Teams/List of Clubs page and select your club name from list. When you get to that page, you'll see a button to the right of the team title - Claim this Team - fill out info there and we'll approve you as coach or team admin (not both) and then once you receive approval, go back to your team page.
You will be able to add athletes to your roster. As many HS athletes run on both a HS team and Club team, our system makes club coaches search for an athlete in our database prior to adding one. It is likely that your alumn may already be listed from a high school or college performance and you should use that profile from their HS or college team. If not, then you can add the athlete.
Once you've edited your roster, then you'll be set to go into the meet registration and enter your athletes into the meet.
