Morris County Boys - Girls Relay Championship

2. PLACE: Randolph High School

3. TIME: 4:00pm

4. FEE: $21.00/relay (field & running)

5. MINIMUM ENTRY: $50.00/team/school (boys + girls = $100.00/school)

6. SEEDING MEETING: None

7. LIMITATIONS: NO "B" Teams

8. MILE SPLIT ENTRIES: Online Entry Due on: Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 11:59am

When entering the Field Event Relays (3 person) you must select 3 names from your roster. The names are used to total your invoice. When completing your running relays I will need (4) names for each relay event, you may select up to (8). When you come to the meet enter any (4) runners on the relay card. When you fill in the athletes for each event you are creating your TEAM ROSTER. Make sure I have all the names competing that day.

10. GATE FEES: $5.00 Adults & Students $2.00

11. STARTING HEIGHTS: B-PV: 9-0, 10-0, 11-0, 11-6, etc. G-PV: 7-0, 7-6, 8-0, 8-6, etc.
B-HJ: 5-0, 5-3, 5-6, 5-8, etc. G-HJ: 4-0, 4-3, 4-6, 4-8, etc.

12. HJ & PV TIE BREAKER: Total number of misses up to the last height cleared.
All three athletes must clear a height to score. If an athlete fails to clear a height, the remaining jumpers can no longer compete in that event.

13. LJ-TJ-SP-D-J: 3 jumps & throws

14. 400m HURDLES: If an athlete false starts the remaining runners can no longer compete in that event.

15. LJ-TJ-SP-D-J TIE BREAKER: Second best attempt of the three competitors is added together.

16. FIELD EVENTS: The PV & HJ will be run in continuous flights. The LJ, TJ, & J will be run as “OPEN PITS”. The SP & D will be seeded with seeded sections throwing first.

17. DIVISIONS: A small schools champion will be selected using the common scoring system. The highest scoring Division II team will receive a plaque.

b. Division II: All Group I, II, and Non Public

INSURANCE LIABILITY INFORMATION
Athletic Directors & Coaches:
The Randolph Board of Education requires that each School District attending the
County Relays submit with their entry, proof of liability insurance.
(CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE)
You will not be permitted to compete at the Randolph facility until these requirements have
been fulfilled.
Please send all documents with your entry or separately, but
DO NOT SEND THEM TO THE RANDOLPH BOARD OF EDUCATION.
All documents will be submitted ONCE FOR EACH MEET.
Your cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
