The first 8 schools to respond will be accepted.
Top 6 athletes will score in each division (Boys/Girls)
Medals to the top 3 in all events.
Entry Fee: $5.00 per athlete per event, $15.00 for the relay. Make checks payable to: North Arlington High School Track & Field
Definition of a novice: An athlete who has not won a varsity medal in an individual event. A varsity runner could be a novice in the field and visa-versa.

100m. Dash Finals on Time
400m. Dash Final
1600m. Run
110m. High Hurdles Finals on Time
800m. Run

3200m. Run
1600m. Relay-Limit one team per school
Vertical Jumps (To begin @ 4:00)
PV-Limit 3 Jumpers (Girls followed by Boys)
Opening Heights:
Girls opening height 56
Boys opening height 66
HJ-Limit 3 Jumpers (Boys followed by Girls)
Opening heights:
Boys opening 48
Girls opening 38
Horizontal Jumps:
Top 6 Jumpers will score, No Finals
Long Jump-Limit 3 Jumpers- (Open Pit 4:00-4:30)
Triple Jump-Limit 3 Jumpers-(Open Pit 4:45-5:30)
Field Events-Begin promptly @ 4:00
Top 6 will score-No Finals
Javelin-Limit 3 throwers per school (Boys followed by Girls)
Shot-Top 6 will score-No Finals-Unlimited Entries
