What a great season for New Jersey cross country, it had it all between the upsets, repeats, records and more. So with the fall meets coming to a close it is time to present the 2016 New Jersey MileSplit All-State Teams.
These teams and awards were selected by way of committee, many of the state ranking poll members sent in ballots. The season as a whole was considered along with honors won, and head to head. Collection and organization of the votes was graciously conducted by Pat Montferrat who also took the time to run the Team Rankings Poll all season long.
I'd like to congratulate all of these athletes as well as the rest of the state on yet another great season.
