Billy Hill of Franklin Twp has made his college commitment and will be attending Rutgers University starting the fall of 2017. Hill, who came over to cross country from soccer for his senior year, has torched the trails this season winning five straight varsity races and finishing third at the Skyland Conference Championships. He made the Meet of Champions for the 1600 meter during both indoor and outdoor last winter and spring on the track.
