53 Votes/ Returning Holmdel average- 20:08 / 1-5 Compression- 69 sec. / Always a highly successful XC program, the Lady Lions will be right in the thick of things all year long. The DiMarcello sisters are tough as nails and give Sean Walsh's crew a pair of low sticks in most situations. 35 Votes/ Returning Holmdel average- 20:14 / 1-5 Compression- 1:59 / Senior Kara Bonner is one of the top returners in the state and will power Shawnee. An almost 2 minute gap between 1-5 could be troublesome in the big races late in the year.

30 Votes/ Returning Holmdel average- 20:07 / 1-5 Compression- 2:50 / Senior Olympia Martin was a most pleasant surprise last year with her performances at the end of the season. In the right situation, Martin could contend on the individual side. The Maroon need to inch closer to their leader to form a pack that can be tough to beat.

25 Votes/ Returning Holmdel average- 20:38 / 1-5 Compression- 50 sec. / While the Lady Pirates will be on the lookout for a dominating front runner like the graduated Christina Rancan., they will be fielding a group that will be pretty tightly bunched in any race. Kurt Wayton is one of the best coaches out there, and that will count.

25 Votes/ Returning Holmdel average- 20:32 / 1-5 Compression- 3:18 / Ignore the compression. When your top runner is a legit star, you take that as a gift and get the most out of your pack. The 'Dawgs have the potential to do just that this year. With their 2-3-4 finishers projecting at sub 21:00, Haddonfield should figure in a lot of the big races.
