Here are the New Jersey results from Nationals!

Day 3 Track Highlights

  • Franklin HS placed fifth with a time of 41.74 in the boys 4x100 relay championship. 
  • East Orange Campus took third overall in the 4x400 meter championship with a time of 3:12.83. 
  • Tim Bason of West Windsor Plainsboro South WON a national championship in the boys mile with a 4:11.89! 
  • Christina Rancan of West Windsor Plainsboro South ran 4:46.98 to place seventh in the girls 1 mile championship. 
  • Michael Thurston of Ridgewood takes sixth in the boys 800 meter championship running 1:51.21!
  • Corey Poole of East Orange Campus ran 51.56 to place second in the boys 400 hurdle championship. Tyler Davidson of Willingboro placed eighth at 52.96. 
  • Sydney McLaughlin SETS A NATIONAL RECORD running 54.46 in the girls 400 hurdle championship. Read more here..
  • Ihmir Marsette of Weequahic ran 53.71 to place third in the boys EE 400 hurdles. 
  • The Union Catholic girls run 1:43.76 to place third in the 800 SMR Championship to rank US#3 NJ#1. 
  • Sterling finishes third in the girls EE DMR with a time of 12:10.75. Robbinsville does the same in the boys race running 10:21.32. 

Day 3 Field Highlights

  • Matt Grillo of Mainland Regional earned fifth in the boys decathlon scoring 6372. Check his full stat sheet below. 
  • Courtney Campbell of South Brunswick clears 5-8 to place sixth in the girls high jump championship. 
  • Alyssa Wilson started off her day with a fourth place finish in the hammer throw marking 175-0. She would then go on to win a national championship throwing 55-0.25 in the girls shot put championship! New Jersey didn't end there however, Nickolette Dunbar placed second with a 51-2.25 and Jessica Molina placed fifth with a 47-2.25.
