At the Shore Conference Championships on Saturday Alyssa Wilson of Donovan Catholic continued what has been a decorated and record breaking career. Only a junior, Wilson marked 55-1.25 in the shot put ranking her second all-time US high school history.
Now she is only behind Raven Saunders who holds the national record of 56-8.25 set in 2014.
It seems every week Wilson keeps pushing the bar, last week she broke not one but two state records in one meet at Ocean County Championships.
