If your meet is not yet on the calendar then please send the entry form, date, time, place, and timing company to rkellert@milesplit.com. If it is and it doesn't have entry information or needs updating please let me know as well. During the season if you send in team entries I can produce a preview for your meet.
Want to take your meet results to the next level? Try our free Live Results feature on MileSplit, each meet page can host live results that sync with your meet timers results program! It is easy to set up and run as long as there is an internet connection. As the heats or races finish parents and fans can see how their athletes performed right away!
Want a simple way to handle entries? Our Online Registration system on MileSplit is only 10 cents per athlete and is totally customizable to your meet's needs. Need multiple divisions? Different race lengths? A limit on team members? Payment options? We can adjust all of those settings and more. Are you running tri-meets for dual season or have a small meet? Don't stay in the dark ages typing results into a word document, there is a free meet management program called RaceTab that allows you to download rosters straight from MileSplit so names auto-complete to save on typing and can easily score your meet in seconds. Makes tri- and quad- meet scoring a breeze compared to scoring by hand. Here is where you can learn more and download the program. I have also made a quick video tutorial on how to create a small meet using the program.
Always keep in mind that our state has a great roster of timing crews to time your meet. We cite them at the top all of our results and they are the staple for most of the meet results we have the pleasure of viewing each season.
As always if you are managing a meet please have the results forwarded to rkellert@milesplit.com so that the performances can enter the database and show on the athlete profiles as soon as possible. If you ever have announcements critical to your meet let me know and I can post them as well such as delays, assignment alterations, and so on. If you have a set team entry leading up to the meet I can create meet previews with that information so send that along leading up to the meet as well. Anything I can do to help your meet and provide some coverage.
