Nutrition Tips for Athletes

NJ MileSplit's very own Pat Montferrat was on site for an interesting presentation on Nutritional Tips for Athletes. Hillarie Zoe Scannelli of Impact Fitness was nice enough to head over to Hillsborough NJ and give everyone advice on what they can do to make sure you aren't only training in the field or on the track but also when you are taking care of yourself the rest of the day. Through replenishing your body and making sure it has all of the fuel you need to compete at a high level. Thanks for the recording Pat!
